HAIR REGIMEN
Daily
§ Depending on how my hair
feels in the morning I put some moisturizing leave in conditioner on my ends
and edges.
§
Drink 3-4 glasses of water
§ Take Biotin 2500mg
Nightly
§
Moisturize and seal
§
Cover hair with a silk/satin scarf
§
Last glass of water with Biotin 2500mg
§
Oil scalp/message with Coconut Oil and Grape Seed Oil - 5-10
minutes Some times 15-20 minutes while Im watch A TV show
Weekly
§
Wash 1x a week (sulfate free moisturizing shampoo) followed a Deep
Condition- Sundays
§
Deep condition 2x a week (moisturizing and light protein) – Wednesdays
and Sundays
§
Co-wash 2x a week - Hot Oil treatment(Coconut Oil and Grape Seed
Oil followed by the Co-wash – Mondays and Fridays
Every 2 weeks
(this will change when
we move back to the States.)
§ Clarify my hair (Germany
has some really bad water)- followed by a deep condition (moisturing)
Monthly
§
Protein treatment 1x a month
§
Dust my ends (to maintain my ends to prevent major trims)
§
Heat pass (blow dry, flat ironing)
Relax - 10-20 weeks depending on
how manageable my new growth is. I try to stretch as long as I can
Prepoo- only when needed
Trim - only when needed
Prepoo- only when needed
