 KISS Boot Camp Challenge!

  Here are the RULES:

1. No Direct Heat ........(Hooded Dryer is acceptable) ONE HEAT PASS A MONTH for Direct Heat is allowed

2. No Trimming (Dusting is ok)

3. Deep Condition w/Every Shampoo Wash 4. Wear Only Protective (Buns, Braids, Twists, Weaves, etc.) and or Low Manipulation Styles (Braidouts, Rollersets, etc.) Styles

I must show starting length photos Check in every relax update with progress photos.

I Must Never Give up !!!!
Check In Months will be:
January 25, 2014-Starting (Relax Date)
June 25, 2014
September 25, 2014
December 25,2014

If a month pass is used I must post results and pictures.

I am going to commit to 12 months of THE KISS CHALLENGE. My consequence for violating KISS Rules will be 2 month no direct heat pass. I will reach my goals and nothing can or will stop me.
